Last sunday the 17th of february was the day I went riding outdoor again. This was the first time since october last year. For february the weather was beautifull. Around 8 degrees Celcius, almost no wind, a bright sun and blue sky. Wohooo! I really enjoyed the 70 km ride.

After two months of training in the gym doing RPM this really was a nice change. This is where I do it for, riding outdoor in the sun. I went to the Loonse and Drunense Duinen, did two rounds and went back the way I came via Oisterwijk. It was also a testride because I bought some new cycling shoes :) The Specialized Pro Road in white and blue. They replaced my Adidas shoes, who were a bit painfull and my feet felt like being asleep for a couple of days after a long and tough ride through the Alps in France. The Specialized feel more comfortable so I think this is an improvement. And for moral it already is a succes because they look really great and I feel happy wearing them. Now I just have to get me a cool white painted frame :)
